Booking Conditions
For reservation, we need 25 % of deposit by check or bank transfer.
The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
Caution : 150 € on arrival and refund on departure .
Tourist tax: € 0.44 / day / person ( children free - 12 years)

Important informations
The houses must be vacated at 10am the day of departure and will be available from 17.30 the day of arrival.
The regulation of the stay, the household and the tourist tax will be Monday and Tuesday after arriving from 9.30am to 12pm.
In case of late arrival, please contact us to ensure your welcome.
Mode of Payment: We accept payment by check, cash or credit card (Master Card, Visa and Maestro)
From June 27 to August 29: rentals are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
From May 2 to June 27 and from August 29 to October 31: every day are possible based on 3 nights minimum on the basis of a night rate
In case of cancellation: any cancellation must be sent in writing at the latest 60 days before the beginning of the stay. In this case, the deposit paid will be returned or for the following year.
